Our investment partners enjoy five types of return on investment, depending on the design of each individual offering:

1. Investors FirstTM Preferred, Cumulative Returns of 8% to 12% per annum (varies with the investment), paid out of regular cash flow on a quarterly basis.

2. Excess cash flow generated by the project is distributed to investors according to a predetermined formula.

3. Tax deductions flow through to the investors.

4. For some properties, refinancing with a new mortgage enables distributions to investors.

5. Gains made on any future sale of the property are distributed according to a predetermined formula.

ASG and the general partners in limited partnership syndications earn their profits through performance of the investments. Because they are remunerated through a back-end split of distributions that rank behind the preferred returns paid to investors, their incentives are aligned with the best interests of investors.

 

In 2005, London Pier Properties joined forces with Cambrian Projects to give clients access to commercial real estate opportunities in Alberta.   Cambrian Projects is an exciting Calgary-based project developer that specializes in Alberta developments, with expertise in office buildings and other commercial properties.  Cambrian is currently developing Cambrian Foothills, a campus of medical office buildings near Calgary’s Foothills Medical Centre, and Cambrian Industrial, a 725 acre industrial park in Sherwood Park, Strathcona County, Alberta.
