Collingwood is one of Canada's most desirable luxury resort locations. It is ninety minutes from Toronto and is situated on the shores of Georgian Bay. It is between Wasaga Beach and Blue Mountain, the location of Intrawest Village at Blue Mountain.

The Investment
• Projected annualized return on investment: 30%+
consisting of:
• Investors First™ 12% annual cumulative preferred return.
plus
• 50% of excess cash flow, and
• 50% of net proceeds of sale.
• Quarterly distributions projected to begin 12 months from commencement.

The Manager
Norwood Resorts Inc. has assembled a team of highly experienced financial and real estate professionals on its board of directors – Don Allen, Mark Galligan, Paul Barber and Murray Wood (Please see the Executive Summary).
Norwood Resorts will invest 10% of the required equity of $2,500,000. ASG Financial will be actively involved in oversight of this project, particularly until investors' capital has been returned.
