The Investment

Each Investment unit consists of units of $25,000, comprised of one 10,000 limited partnership unit and one $15,000 unit of a mortgage on the property (RRSP eligible).

 

Investors receive:

10% per annum cumulative preferred return, paid quarterly.
70% of any excess cash flow.

 

70% of any excess proceeds of any future sale (or refinancing), in addition to return of capital.

Future gains are expected to come from completion of the expansion and filling the additional suites.

 

Future gains can be realized from sale of the entire retirement residence.

 

The projected return on investment is 20%.
